St Kilda’s Junction Cafe joins the CCP network

The Junction Café is located on the busy St Kilda Junction in Melbourne. The new owner, Michael Bradley, has wasted no time in rebuilding patronage by presenting an attractive menu, delicious coffee and attentive service.

Behind the scenes, the Junction Café is now a very different proposition. As a testimony to their focus on food safety and food quality, CCP has been installed in the café’s fridges.

“Refrigeration systems are critical to my business. When a fridge fails it causes significant business disruption. With CCP in my fridges, I’ll immediately know if there’s a problem. But more importantly, I want to know my fridges are doing their job of keeping food at the right temperatures to optimise safety and shelf-life,” Mr Bradley said.

CCP’s smart tags continuously monitor temperature controlled environments. Web and Mobile dashboards display critical control point information. Reports provide easy access to compliance and task management records. Configurable alerts are delivered via SMS, push notification and email. Business Intelligence reports provide enterprise and site level KPI’s.
